I'm working away on the terrace of the Hotel Crna Gora. It's their Independence Day so am surrounded by hum of conversation. Very nice.

Rumours are that Montenegro has voted in favour of independence, with 56.3% in favour on a turnout of around 90% - comfortably over the thresholds.

Interesting times...
